Goliad Special Education Cooperative is a Shared Services Arrangement (SSA) of nine South Texas school districts.

The Goliad Special Education Cooperative is committed to providing quality special education support services to encourage communication and collaboration among students, parents, educators, and other stakeholders so that youth with disabilities can benefit from an appropriate educational program.

The Goliad Special Education Cooperative adheres to the philosophy that all children can learn. Students with disabilities will learn, in their own way, at their own pace, and with special help from caring, concerned educators and parents.
